2)Offices of Foreign Media in Shanghai

As of December 2018, 77 foreign media organizations have set up offices in Shanghai, with 98 reporters from 16 countries: Japan, the United States, France, Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Russia, South Korea, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, Australia, Italy and Morocco. They included major news agencies and mainstream media such as theAssociated Press,Reuters, AFP, ITAR-TASS, Kyoto News, Bloomberg and La Agencia. 3)International Information Service

The Shanghai Call Center was open to the public in May 2006. It offers 24-hour free services to international people and providing information in policy consultation, translation in emergencies, information on public transport and mobile phone usage, Internet information consultation and temporary translation at government projects and exhibitions. The services are available in 15 languages including English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Malay, Indonesian, Portuguese and Czech. By 2017, the hotline had answered more than 10 million calls by international people from 92 countries and regions. You are welcome to call them at 0086-21-962288 for information.
